As we gathered to celebrate the union of two souls, our hearts overflowed with the love and enduring beauty of our flowers.
We picked blooms from our garden and created a bouquet. Just as a butterfly finds completeness amidst blooming flowers, so too do two souls find wholeness in the warmth and unwavering presence of each other.
Some jewellery carries stories
older than us.

The flower called to them and
the door opened like it knew.
Magic invited them inside.
A new story was ready to begin.

This particular piece follows a detailed process of making with techniques of wire crocheting and bead weaving where individual small flowers are woven separately and then tucked together to make this garden bloom.

I have a small team of beaders including myself whom I have taught over time, the initial period of setting up my space involved teaching the artisans the whole day without any production or sampling for 4-5 months. Now I take pride that my artisans are independent enough that they can experiment with the material without my presence, there is so much for all of us to learn as a team, which is what keeps our thrust for learning more alive.
